This is a strategic yet hands-on role for a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will drive Nordiska’s brand positioning, driving impactful communication initiatives, and creating compelling narratives that resonate with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

About the Role
As Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead Nordiska’s marketing and communications agenda across brands, products, and markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a clear marketing strategy that supports business growth, strengthens brand awareness, and positions Nordiska as a leading player where finance and technology meet.
In the role, you will
Develop and execute Nordiska’s overall marketing and communications strategy, aligned with business and commercial growth objectives.
Own customer acquisition, lifecycle, and retention initiatives across all product segments.
Drive initiatives related to partnerships and corporate milestones, through multichannel campaigns and activations, including being the key point of contact to our partners’ marketing departments.
Drive a data-driven marketing agenda with clear ownership of KPIs, budget allocation, ROI, and commercial outcomes.
Strengthen Nordiska’s brand positioning, messaging, and market presence across key audiences.
Define briefs, set requirements, and manage external agencies when needed, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
Partner with other functions and collaborate on activities such as employer branding and media positioning of key people.
Your Professional Profile
You are a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment. You combine creativity with execution and have a strong ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing and communication initiatives. You are an engaging leader who builds trust across the organisation and thrives in environments where collaboration, ownership, and innovation are highly valued.
We believe that you have
At least 10 years of experience in senior marketing and communications roles.
Proven experience developing and executing successful B2B and/or B2B2C marketing strategies.
Experience from financial services or closely related industries.
Experience from strong growth environments where you take full ownership and drive your role and function forward, aligned with the overall company objectives.
Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management at a senior level.
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English proficiency.
Experience in brand building, corporate communications, PR and content strategy is a plus.
